Moon panicked. Thrashing around, her big white paws flailing in the air. The little white kitten had no clue how to swim, and her lungs felt like they were about to burst when suddenly she felt weightless as two long, slender hands pulled her out of her prison to meat her icy gaze.
'Wilbert, what is this... this thing doing in our pool?'
She demanded, fuming and glaring at the kitten. Moon shrunk under her hateful blue eyes as the woman sauntered off, carrying the cat as far away from her body as possible before reaching down and grabbing Juniper, pulling her out of the pool. The old metal wagon sunk to the bottom of the pool. She left the silver tabby soaked by the edge of the water before beginning to holler loudly at the house that harbored the pool. It was massive, tiled in rough stone with tall windows of rich glass.
The woman was about 5,6; short black hair framed her narrow taut face. Her lips were a deep crimson, full and totally fake. Her thin body was tanned and thin, and she wore a black bikini, vintage Gucci. This woman was loaded.
A new human entered the scene in a black tuxedo. His hair was also black, short and gelled back. His brown eyes were worried and confused, and Moon even saw fear in them. Poor guy. This is probably Wilbert.
'I'm sorry ma'am, I had no idea, what is wrong...'
He trailed off when he saw the white kitten looking up at him with curious violet eyes, and then the furious woman before him. She shook Moon, her glare now directed at Wilbert. Moon stole a glance at her friend. She wasn't scared; after all, the little white kitten had gone through worse. Instead, she stuck her tongue out at Juniper mischievously while Ma'am continued to screech at the cowering butler. Bunching up her muscles, Moon pounced out of the womans loose grip and landed right on top of the silky black fur that blanketed the womans head.
Moon extended her claws the slightest bit, and began to mess up the womans hair with one white paw while the other hung onto a lock of hair, keeping her balance. Ma'am blanched, and her screams went from anger to girlish fear as she took off down the yard, wailing loudly. Moon leaped off just in time and loped over to Juniper.
'Follow me, Juni!'
She cried out to her friend, grinning as she sped into the mansion. This was going to be fun.

The young female’s legs thrashed wildly at the water all around her. She was panicking, she couldn’t see anything but blue, and she couldn’t breath. Why humans would want a torture thing in their homes was a mystery to Juniper as she struggled to get some much-needed oxygen. No, this was it. She would die here, she was sure of it. She couldn’t hold her breath anymore. And then, miraculously, just as she was about to give up, a human hand came into the water and grabbed her, roughly pulling her up and out of the water. She coughed a few times, and her head felt a little dizzy, but other than that, she was fine.
Juniper realized how close to death she had been. She was put done on the concrete none too kindly, and shook her fur much like a dog would in an attempt to get rid of some of the water clinging to her silver and black pelt. She shivered from the cold and quickly ran her tongue over her chest a few times before focusing her attention on the human who had just saved her. She hadn’t seen anything quite like her. She was screaming at another human who looked scared of her. From her tone of voice, it sounded like she was ordering him around. ’Strange humans,’ Juniper thought.
Shaken from her near-death experience, she was really in no mood for any more mischief today. But Moon seemed to have other plans. Juniper sighed from exhaustion as her friend darted into the huge house. She was still pretty exhausted from their earlier adventures, not to mention she didn’t have much endurance after being a house cat her whole life. But nonetheless, she darted in after Moon with her tail sticking straight up in the air with confidence. She couldn’t just let her go in the house by herself.
’We’re going to get so completely lost,’ She thought, but smiled anywho. This was going to be an adventure. ”Let’s find the kitchen,” Juniper said with renewed enthusiasm. They probably had so much food that they didn’t know what to do with it. Maybe they’ll have one of those bread things with colorful sweet stuff on top of them. Juniper loved those things.
Juniper parted her jaws to take in the smells around in. She immediately inhaled the smell of a lot of food. ”The kitchen isn’t far,” She said, and wondered if they would have mashed potatoes. Her old humans gave her those a lot, they seemed fond of them. She smiled as she thought of the taste. She took a right down a hallway, and then found herself in a large room with lots of couches and places to sit. Then she turned left and saw it. The kitchen. She was frozen by all the amazing smells drifting towards her from the shiny room. ”Smell that!” she exclaimed, barely containing her excitement as she sprinted into the kitchen.

Should I give up, Or should I just keep chasin' pavements? Even if it leads nowhere
Soft white paws thundered across the cool granite floor, surprisingly quiet before coming to a halt in front of what Juniper's 'kitchen'. The kitten remembered this place from when she lived in her human home, but it was never as extravagant as this. A huge, glittering chandelier lit up the room with golden light, and the marble counter tops were flawless, not a scratch, stain or chip in sight.
But the best part was the fridge, reaching high above where Moon could reach. It didn't matter though, because in the last few months her kitten legs had grown into powerful, long ones that could reach the skies if they wanted to. But instead Moon simply jumped up onto the counter, and leaned over to where the large metal doors hid food beyond compare of the garbage they had munched on at the Dump. Hooking her claws into the soft black fabric around the handle of the refrigerator, she pulled as hard as she could, and finally, it budged, swinging open to reveal every drink, every vegetable, every piece of meat that Moon had ever laid eyes on. Well, every piece of meat except Kentucky Fried Chicken, of course.
The white she-cat hopped up onto the first shelf, which supported her weight easily, and Moon pawed a piece of tinfoil, which folded over to reveal the remains of a well-cooked salmon. She gasped at the delicious smell that awaited her, and no shame pricked at her as Moon's pink tongue rasped over the fish before gulping half of it down hungrily. Turned out that donut just hadn't hit the spot.
'Oh my- Juniper, you have to try this, it's amazing!'
Moon exclaimed to her friend, leaving some for her before moving on to a tasty-looking milk carton. Knocking it over, it happened to spill into a bowl of strawberries, and Moon lapped it up gratefully before moving onto the sweet red fruit which originally occupied the dish.
Footsteps pounded into the house as the two humans realized what the cats had done, and Moon saw the wet footprints she and Juniper had left on the ground, so before speeding out of the room she quickly knocked a dish towel onto the floor and wiped her feet on it, repeating her idea to her silver-and-black friend. Then the white paws once again took off into the house, this time dry but just as silent as she leaped up the stairs and into what she presumed was the woman's sleeping quarters.
'Get under the bed!'
She hissed to her friend as she heard the humans continuing their search upstairs. Ducking under herself, she was not prepared for what she found. It was a roomy area, and Moon could stand up on her hind paws before hitting her head, but what shocked her wasn't the comfort level, it was the demanding the voice that jolted her out of her thoughts.
'What in the world are you doing here?'
Moon spun around, and found herself face-to-face with an angry looking she-cat. The brown eyes were as icy as you would believe, and the voice was high and egotistic. Long, chocolate fur blanketed her, but the most surprising part still hadn't come yet. This furious house cat looked about seven months, give or take. Ordering Moon and Juniper around was a kitten even younger than them!
'Answer me, filthy dogs! I live here, so answer your reluctant host, Chocolate Puresky!'
Or would it be a waste Even if I knew my place Should I leave it there ooc: Lol, first appearance of an NPC! I hope this is allowed 0_0 I like her though, little Chocolate XD Enough to add a picture, that is. Lol. And I decided to make her speak underlined, at the request of Lu lol.

OOC: NPCs actually have to be registered and created before they can be used so if you intend of having her as an NPC can you just fill out a normal bio for her (but with as few words as you'd like lol) and PM it to me so I can add? I also do have to ask that you don't change color because some skins will have very light colors - one of them actually has white where the text would go. You can make her speech underlined, maybe? Just a suggestion xD Sorry!

Juniper looked around in wonderment with a bemused expression on her face. All of the smells that came from different points of the room all beckoned to her, calling her over. As if she were hypnotized by all of the chaotic scents that overwhelmed her, she would tentatively take a step in one direction, then stop, rethink her action, and take a few steps in another direction. As if, for every step, she went two steps backward. She just didn’t know what to do. She was half blinded by the sparkling, glistening stainless steel that reflecting the sunlight streaming through the window in brilliant tendrils of light as she tried to make a desicion.
A voice penetrated the fog of confusion clouding her young mind, and she got control of herself as she realized what her companion had managed to get into. The sparkling silver box with handles only humans could grasp and pull on without any difficulty. The refrigerator, containing all of the food that anybody had ever wanted. She blinked her sparkling hazel eyes a few times to register all that she was seeing. Half squinting because of the light, she could make out lots and lots of food. She quickly bounded over, not wanting to waste any more times on trifle things. All that mattered now was to eat as much as possible before getting caught.
She nimbly jumped up beside Moon to get a taste of the pink fish she had devoured. Well, not completely devoured, Juniper corrected herself. There was half left. As if the world was going to end any second, she ate away at the salmon, savoring each bite. It was one of the best things she had ever tasted. Well, not as good as mashed potatoes, but it was definitely up there. Wait a second… Mashed potatoes? She completely forgot about the salmon as she recognized a familiar scent coming from a shelf above. There was no mistaking it. There were mashed potatoes in that aluminum foil covered bowl.
Excitement radiating off of her, she bunched up her muscles and jumped for the next shelf. She almost missed it because of her excitement, but she managed to pull herself up. She ripped the silver, crunchy foil off of the bowl and gasped as she saw them. They were beautiful, with lots of butter like she liked them. And, though it probably wasn’t possible, she devoured this quicker than she had the salmon. They were even more delicious than the ones her old humans had made and let her sample.
And then, it was over all too quickly. Juniper turned her silver head to look down at the ground, where she had heard Moon land and start running. She wondered why she was doing that. She followed her, and she, too, wiped her paws off on the towel. Then, she got her answer. She heard the humans coming. Alarmed, Juniper’s fur fluffed out a bit, and she ran with Moon up stairs, and followed her under the bed.
When she realized that there was another cat already there, she examined the other feline curiously. She was just about to introduce herself when the kitten started shouting demands at them. Demands! This cat had some nerve. ”Excuse me?” Juniper said in disbelief. ”Are you just in a bad mood or are you always this rude to everyone?” She asked, but she already knew the answer. She looked over at Moon, not sure what to do with this kitten ordering them around.

Moon almost laughed out loud at her friends question, but refrained form it on account of the fact that the humans were still searching for them just outside the door. She could hear the screech of closets opening, and it was a wonder that they hadn't burst in and look in the primary spot; under the bed. Apparently the rich ones were idiots.
'Excuse me? The stranger who bursts in to my house and trashes my kitchen before insulting their reluctant host is the last cat who should be scolding me on my manners! Rudeness! Of all the things!'
She sputtered disbelievingly, and Moon cracked; she couldn't take it, and she burst out laughing. Luckily the humans were being much to noisy themselves to hear the cats mad laughter; it was their own fault. Chocolate's skin under her fur began to heat up.
'Are you making fun of me?'
She growled angrily, hinting that she could have them discovered any second now. Moon quickly quieted down, looking at her paws. She soon piped up again though.
'So what will you do now, Lady Chocolate?' She asked in mock politeness. The snobby housecat seemed to appreciate though, since she held her head up higher before answering.
'Whatever you like.
[/u] Moon's jaw dropped in disbelief as an evil smile crept over the brown lips. 'I'm up for a game.'[/u] [/blockquote] ooc: Wow, lots of dialog in this one. Sorry about not updating, I just got my ps back and I couldn't get my mouse out of there. And i know it's short, but I have to update everything now so I can't even do lyrics. Juniper’s eyes narrowed until they were no more than slits, her eyes’ hazel coloring just managing to shine through around her pupils. What was it with this cat? She was obviously stuck-up and extremely spoiled, that was for sure. The silver tabby wanted to knock some kindness into her. But, she decided, kindness wasn’t something you could really knock into someone… Wasn’t that the opposite of kindness? Knocking someone on the head? So, that wasn’t a good example, hmmm…. Handing her some kindness? Well, it was the best she could think of, for now.
Juniper rolled her eyes. Maybe she should start her famous tyrant on rudeness. But, just before she could speak(She had even drawn the breath to do so), Moon starting cracking up. The she-cat quickly turned her hazel eyes on her, a bemused expression on her face. Was their conversation really so funny? A smile danced on the corners of Juniper’s mouth. Now that she thought about it from a spectator’s point of view, it was quit humorous. But she wanted to act serious to continue the show.
”Moon Coldbite! You ruined it! I was just about to tell her off and educate her on how to properly greet guests to her home!” She huffed, and turned her head away from her, as if disgusting. But, you could just hear soft giggles escaping her jaws as she tried to control them without success. She managed to stifle her laughter as the chocolate-brown kitten threatened them.
Her whiskers twitched as she thought of the consequences of an angry speech. Immediate discovery by the humans. Well, perhaps not that quickly, but Juniper was sure that this pampered kitten in front of them had her ways. ’Well,’ She thought, thinking over the possibilities in her head, ’Maybe we can strike a bargain with this angry, spoiled kitten.’ She unconsciously sheathed and unsheathed her claws as she thought of what this kitten could possibly not have that Moon and her had to give.
She drew a blank. The only thing she could think of was a life of a stray, however, she doubted that this kitten would want that. Not after she had experienced wealth and luxury. She sighed, thinking that it was all over, that they were going to be caught. Until the kitten and Moon spoke again. Juniper looked up at the kitten. ”A game?” She asked, though she had meant to ask herself in her head. ”What are the terms?” She asked, no doubt in her mind that she and Moon were definitely not going to like this ‘game.’

Moon gulped. They way Chocolate had said it had begun to make her uneasy, and the brown kitten seemed to radiate excitement.
'Well you see, Mr. Wilbert, our butler, is going to the store today to pick up some cat food. Mrs. Kerrington-she's my owner- told him that if I was good he should pick me up some toys, but yesterday I pulled the table cloth off of our table and spilt iced tea everywhere. Wilbert was of course furious, and decided I wasn't worth the extra trouble to the toy store. In short, you're welcome here as much as you want if you can get me those toys. I prefer the squeaky mouse and stuffed tiger. Oh, and make sure to grab the bird with the catnip inside, too. Get it? Good. Now you better go before Wilbert leaves or you'll have to walk.'
[/u] Moon looked at her best friend in shock. That was what the spoiled kitten wanted? Chocolate wanted toys? Now that came as a surprise. Even so, they had to do it, it was that or risk being caught by her humans and taken to a Shelter. The white kitten shivered at the memory of the horrible Kennels they had tried to put her in. She was a little claustrophobic. 'Well, what d'you think, eh Juni? You up for another adventure?'Then she turned back to the housecat in front of them. The humans had given up their search, but Ma'am-or Mrs. Kerrington as Chocolate called her- had decided to call animal control. 'Think we could take a nap before we go?'She pleaded her. The energy her adrenaline had given her seemed to be disappearing. After all, she was probably running low since she had used so much in the last few hours. Juni and her made a pretty good team when it came to adventuring. And exhausting each other. The big, over sized white paws that often made her clumsy were ready to drop off from the ankle down. Chocolate sighed. 'Actually, no. He's leaving right now, and the animal control should be here soon, too. But Wilbert drives a big truck. You could jump on the back and take a nap in there if you must.'[/u] Moon nodded, then turned to her friend, winking and poking her tongue out. 'You ready?' She asked her friend. Then she bounded down the stairs before nosing the door open. It had already been partially open so they slipped through easily. The car was already leaving, pulling out of the driveway slowly but steadily. Moon panic, and the white kitten raced forward, jumping on the back of it just it took off down the road. Scent told her that her friend had made it too, so she curled up in a ball before falling into a deep sleep. White paws raced through the huge forest, faster, faster, fast as they could go. She was small, the speeding kitten, but she was running faster than any full-grown cat could hope to achieve. Her tail flew out behind her, and her paws had begun to redden from stepping on the endless twigs and stones. Finally reaching a stream, she bent down for a sip. Whatever monster that had been chasing her was lost, and she was saf- 'Boo.'
Moon shrieked and sat upright in terror, her head whipping around, violet eyes scanning for danger. They were still on the truck, everything was normal, it was the middle of the day and she wasn't even near a forest. A dog barked faintly in the distance, and she shivered before laying back down. She was safe here, with Juniper. The dogs weren't coming back, everything was okay.
So why couldn't she stop trembling?
[/blockquote] ooc: Lol Juni, wanna start a new thread in the Market? I love RPing in that place, there's always something to do. They can come back here later, to talk with Chocolate. It'd be cool if in a few weeks or months I came back here to roleplay and Moon or Juni could see the brown kitten again. [/i]

Juniper didn’t like this. She didn’t like this one bit. Here they were, hiding under a bed from humans who wanted nothing more than their heads for destroying their kitchen and falling into their pool. Disrupting a perfectly good day. And here, they were at the mercy of Chocolate Puresky, the pampered and beloved kitten of the human that was hunting for her and Moon. Great situation to be in, right? Her heart was thumping as she waited to hear the terms of this ‘game’ that Chocolate seemed so happy to tell them about.
She listened to the brown kitten quietly, her tail unconsciously flicking back and forth in her nervousness. This was ridiculous. How could they get into a human store and get her the toys she wanted? It would be an act of pure naivety. They would, ninety-nine times out of a hundred, get caught and thrown into a cage, and then they would never see the wild again. They would be forced to be house cats, be kept inside and eat to their heart’s content. It would be a stupid, idiotic thing to do! They could just tell Chocolate they were leaving, leave, then run away and back to the dump.
The silver tabby turned her head to stare at her friend. Was she absolutely insane? Did she not see how dangerous this plan was? Juniper had fell into the earth with Moon, rode down a slide on a cart, fly through the air and land in a pool, dart into a human’s house, eat all of the good thing sin their kitchen… But this is where she drew the line. It was just complete sanity, and there was no way that she would do this. She couldn’t believe that Moon was even considering it!
She drew breath to try and knock some sense into Moon, but was interrupted when they started talking again. Actually, it was probably a good thing that she had been interrupted. ‘Else Chocolate would’ve found out about what she was planning to do and alert the humans to their presence. And that would be the end of them. So, instead, she pressed her ears down to her head. Oh, what was she going to do? Once Moon got an idea in her head, there was no stopping her. She sighed.
She wanted to say no. no, she wasn’t ready, and that you’re being completely insane. But then again, what if Moon was just playing along with Chocolate’s ‘game’ and planned on escaping from the house, then forgetting all about the toy store and escaping to the dump where they belonged? Then, she should play along too. Make it more convincing. ”Let’s go,” She responded, and followed the white feline in front of her down the stairs and out the door.
Once they were safely outside, Juniper exhaled the breath she had been holding. ”Ok, Moon, let’s--” But before she could finish what she was going to say, her friend had already jumped onto the back of the truck. She stared at Moon as she raced down the driveway, frozen in fear. There was no way she was going onto that truck. She was not giving in this time. This plot was absolutely insane. There was no way. No way was she going to get onto that stupid machine.
And yet…
She couldn’t just leave. She couldn’t just go about her day as usual when she knew that Moon was probably in trouble, fighting to stay out of a human’s grasp. Juniper closed her hazel eyes tightly. She wasn’t going… She wasn’t going… And yet, she felt her paws thumping against the ground, the wind going through her fur as she struggled to get close enough to the truck that had just pulled out of the driveway. What was she doing? Why was she going? She just barely managed to jump onto the bed of the truck, scrabbling to get herself up. Hen she finally did, she collapsed against the side of the truck bed, panting heavily. When she was done, she turned her head to Moon, and said, ”This is insane.”
ooc: Sure. ^^
