Long ago, there was peace among the wolf packs. And yet... such peace and happiness could never truely last. Humans came into their lives, destroying whatever they could find, including the wolves' food.
You see, there were three young wolves, set apart from the rest: Hrimhari the Kind and Sweet, the Tainted Fenrir, and the man-in-the-middle, Nerah. They traveled for some time, finding beauty detroyed and wondering if everyplace was like this. Seeking out the untouched Paradise, the three set out, each trying a different tactic to reach it. Hrimhari believed only the good would find Paradise, and so she set out to help the ill and the pained ones. Fenrir, on the other hand, believed that strength would get one to Paradise. She set out, cutting down all who stepped in her way. However, Nerah, believed that this Paradise would ultimately come, one just had to look to find it. So, he set out with ears and eyes ready to hear the calls of Paradise.
And so Hrimhari walked the High Path, Fenrir walked the Low Way, and Nerah walked the Middle Road in search of Paradise. They finally found it, a place untouched, lacking corruption of the world they treaded through before. Soon enough, argument broke out over which path found Paradise. Argument turned to blood-shed and they were exiled... They where commended for being the firsts. And though they have passed on, their bloodlines where laid, their blood was kept in the generations… Their names in the callings of the Three Packs… Their teaching in the way the Three Packs lived.
And yet time has passed and though the Three Packs still live… and though they still practice the ways of their founders. They seem to have forgotten Paradise… truly does exist. It seems Paradise is nothing but a fairytale now and it seems that Paradise is just… Yet, stories have arisen. Stories that say that the first wolf of the three packs that lays a paw on Paradise will find that Paradise will morph to be the Paradise the founder envisioned… Much mystery and lore has surrounded the Paradise the founders knew... to the point that one is uncertain of what is true and what is not. So one is left to wonder... what path to follow. Which path will lead them to Eternity in a place that is said to be the place of Ultimate Perfection... Left also to wonder, if they will ever know the secrets of Paradise.
