It had been a long emotional ride for the furry black she-cat.
She’d been through a lot in her life time now that she looked back on it all. Some memories where sweet and some still caused her pain. Most seemed to cause her pain actually. The only sweet memories she recalled where with her brother, Sprite and how kind he’d always been to her. Despite how annoying he was sometimes, she loved him and honestly missed him.
Today Raven was taking a journey out of the town and to the outskirts beyond the borders of her comfort zone. Yes, she was trying new things and it made her feel good. The adrenaline that pumped through her veins as her heart raced in her chest, the feeling of nervousness but complete and utter bliss. The thrill of it all, the thrill of going out on a limp, the thrill of being different, trying new things and actually taking risk.
She had to thank a certain tom for it all. Soul, although he’d been a bit intimidating, and goofy in more ways than one he’d touched her. His name really lived up to what he did. He’d touched her Soul. ‘Soul…’ She sighed softly her silver orbs looking back onto the city as she approached the gentle slopes. She was high up, the weather was cooler and it felt good on her long thick fur. She wondered where he was right now?
Raven felt her chest swell with warmth and her skin tingle under her black pelt. She recalled how she felt being with him, how he’d touched her and when her black pelt of night mixed with his orange pelt of day. She felt herself blush and she frowned.
‘What… to do.’ She wondered, to be honest, she was kind of hungry, then again, she was always. Her silvery orbs darted around the slopes as she looked for something to do. For now, she just lied out in the grass in a sunny patch of light that shown through the clouds above. This place was promising. She’d never been this far out but she liked it, being this far away from the city, she felt free. Utterly free from everything…
