When will I get deh board? It's been a long time...

The only problem with this is that it is for all boards and not just someone's own board, you'd have to like make sure no one will modify other people's boards unless they say it's ok... Admins can track how other members use their power right? P: Idk...

If you set the group to "yes" on "limited powers", they will only be able to admin the boards they are assigned to.

Then you put their user name as one of the board mods, and then those boards that they are assigned to will be the only ones that they have their "admin powers" on.
