Dear diary...
Well, welcome to my mind, I guess. I don't really have a diary, but a special place in my head to keep all these questions and emotions. I'm sorry to disappoint any of you, but I'm not so interesting!

Dear Diary...Memories;;This is what Ash looked like. He was a gray tabby. [ooc: I'm on the wrong computer. No photoshop, no blue eyes ):] I really do miss those pineapples. Thoughts;; I'm hungry, wonder if pineapples grow around here?
Oh my gosh, how did Ash do that? He's really good at hunting...
I wonder if they listen to 'heavy metal' music here in the forest, too...
I met a really nice tomcat today. He told me his name was Ash Firestar, and he even gave me lessons on how to hunt! I think that even though this new life is hard, I'm gonna make it. I mean, it's not so hard if he have the right connections, huh? So anyways, the other day I was thinking about pineapples. I'm not sure why, but I just remembered the time the Old Lady left out a pineapple and me and Fon wanted to see that it was, so we pushed it off of the really high shelf and it fell down and went splat on the floor. It tasted delicious, but then later our tongues were sore. I means what are those things made of, acid?! I was also thinking about music, and how little of it there is here. At my old home, my owner would always play music, soft and nice and contemporary, except when her grandson came over and played what Elsren identified as 'heavy metal.' Smokestoke hated it, but I sort of liked it! Even if it was loud. Maybe some day I'll have to learn how to play an 'electric guitar'... So, Ash taught me how to catch squirrels. He even caught one for me! I had not idea people in this new life could be so generous. I thought they might be nasty, or cold. But it turns out they can be cool, too!

Dear diary...Memories;;That's all I can remember about what those dogs looked like. Thoughts;;;D Mm, it's warm here. I like this barn. It feels like... like home. Maybe this life won't be so bad after all.
It's coming! It's going to catch me! Oh god, I'm gonna die!
Ow, my paw hurts. And what's wrong with my leg? I feel...cold.
I can't go down like this! There's no way I'll be caught now. I see a good place to hide over there. It'll be fine, I'll be fine.
I was exploring the woods when I saw this huge barn today! It was big, and the only scents in it were of prey and other cat and human scents were all very stale. So I walked in, caught a mouse, chomped it down and got comfy in a huge pile of straw. I don't think I've been that relaxed in a long time. It just felt so warm... Whats that scent? It's unfamiliar, and for some reason, my intuition is telling me to run for it. What is this feeling? With adrenaline pumping through my veins, I'll just get out of here before- Oh my god, that's it. Look at the size of that thing! It's massive! And- and it's looking right at me! I've gotta run. But it's jaws are just so huge, I can't move, its just mesmerizing- Moon, snap out of it! Run for it! There's a hole in the barn, go through there! Get out of there! I got out of that hole just in time. Oh my god, it was so scary, I was so sure it would catch me, I thought I was going to die. But I didn't get away easy, splinters litter my legs and they bleed, and I think I've broken one of my paws. I feel numb, but it hurts, I just want to lie down and go to sleep, just for a minute... Wait, they're coming again! Ok, think Moon, think! I can't climb, but I think I might be able to hide. There's a bush over there, I'm just going to have to hope that its thick enough to hide me. I can't stop now. Gotta keep moving.

Dear Diary...Memories;;He was delicious! My future mate! Thoughts;;;D That was a good catch! I'm getting pretty good... I wonder If I'll ever find a mate! I'm too young right now, but if I ever did... I I hope those dogs don't come back, they're scary, and they were so close to catching me! Is that a cat? Oh my, it is!
Man, when I caught the mouse, I was so happy! I am, I was also pleasantly surprised that my excited shaking hadn't scared it off. But I'm glad, too. Besides, I'm hungry, and it smells delicious. Soon I'll be as good as Ash! Well, not that soon, but it would come in handy. Ash is so lucky, he has such greats skills, and he always knows what he's doing. And that other cat he had been telling me about, I just know there was something about the way he said it, but I think maybe they used to be mates or something like that. Wonder If I'll ever find a mate. Well, of course not anytime soon, but something like that. They'd have to be a good hunter, and really nice, of course. And strong, strong enough to fight off all those dogs! I bet he'd be big and really soft-furred, and handsome. And he would always aggree with me, because we'd have so much in common. And he wouldn't be boring, he'd always want to be doing something fun. But until then, I'm fine with just having friends. Those dogs, they better not come back, or else my new mate is going to catch them and teach them some manners! I wish he was really here, because I'm really scred. Not that I'd tell them, but those dogs frighten me with their teeth. I loved that barn, and I don't think I'll be getting that spot to sleep in anytime soon. I wonder if they'll ever leave. Worse, what if they try to take more territory? What will I eat, other cats? Now that's gross! But so is all that drool those dogs leave all over the place! YUCK! This day is so pretty, but I think I see something over there. Is that- a cat? Well, after talking to her, her names Juniper Stormfeather, and she's really nice. I think she's younger than me, I'm not sure, but I think we could be friends. I gave her my mouse, she looked like she needed it. And besides that, it reminded me of back when I was new around here, and Ash came and caught me my squirrel. How can that seem so long ago when it wasn't far back at all? I'm so confused! I wish my super-strong mate were here, he'd sort things out!

Memories;;That's the dump, the smelly place I was talking about. And that there... is KFC.This is what Discha told us she looked like- weird... The Old Lady's TV... I know, the neighbors had a much nicer one. That's Bart Simpson- and that's a skateboard. Now THAT'S a donut! Thoughts;;
Yuck, this place smells terrible!
;D Wow, this feels great! I should skateboard more often- WHOA!
Yum, KFC! And I so had that crow!
The only TVs here are broken... Guess I won't be seeing Discha anytime soon.
That was a great donut!
Oh no, we're lost, I'm never gonna see the light of day again!
The way out! We're saved!
Well, me and Juni were talking- oh, by the way, that's her new nickname. Junipers a little too long, don'cha think? Anyways, we were both really hungry so I thought maybe we should stop by the dump, right? And so we did, and it was so so SO smelly, I thought I was going to die. Then I saw a piece of chicken, but not just any old piece of chicken. I'm talking about KFC- Kentucky Fried Chicken, the best ever. And as the scent wafted into my mouth, I-of course- had to remember that time back at the Old Lady's house when the Old Lady's back wasn't feeling too good, and instead of making food for herself she picked up the speaking-thing, and pressed a bunch of buttons. Then she started talking to it, and I thought it was pretty weird 'till I heard someone respond through it. It must have been some kind of weird device humans could talk to each other through, even if they weren't beside each other, like the way wolves howl and such. I saw it on the 'Discovery Channel' once. Mmm, I remember the TV, that incredibly intelligent machine the Old Lady used to leave on. I learned all sorts of things on it, and my favorite channels was Discovery Channel- that's what it kept calling itself. But me and Fon got tired of that and decided just to call her-we figured it was a her since it announced its next lesson with a females voice- Discha. That's DI-SHA. But anyways, some guy came over and gave the Old Lady a big box of what we were later told was called KFC- Kentucky Fried Chicken. It smelled absolutely deliscious, so me and Fon attacked the box when the Old Lady went to the bathroom. It went down without a fight, and we wolfed down half the box before leaving the rest for the Old Lady. Yum, what a memorable day. So there me and Juni were, and I dove onto what I learned from the TV was called a skateboard- some animated human kit called- what was it? Bart Simpson loved to ride one, and I raced over to my chicken just before a stupid crow stole it. Yum. We kept laughing, up until the moment I fell- into the garbage. Me and Juni were terrified for the first few minutes, but a voice in my head- no, Fon's voice in my head continuously told me to drink water. Needless to say I was ready to take a trip to the litterbox before I realized the message Fon was trying to relay into my thick head- what comes in, must go out. We learned that from Discha, too. I followed the stream after eating a lovely piece of a donut and soon me and Juni were free! But I earned something that day, too. A new home, and a safe hideaway, too. It was so worth it. Man, I didn't even realize how much I had on my mind! I've been sitting here thinking back on this stuff for like a half an hour now!

Memories;;That's a wagon- what me and Juni rode in. Ma'am's backyard, and the dreadful pool. Doesn't that just look delicious? Its salmon. That's what Chocolate looks like. Thoughts;; ;D This is amazing! I'm flying! I can't breath!! This is sooo tasty! Jeez, Chocolate sure is stuck-up.
So much has happened since I last lived in the Old Lady's home, I can hardly believe it. Sometimes I think I could never go back there, but sometimes I believe it was... I dunno, Fate or something that brought me to the forest. I can't believe I once lived like Chocolate- Oh right, I haven't even thought about what I'm going to do about her! Well anyways, once me and Juniper were free, we got excited and I saw a big old wagon and I thought it would be a blast if we rode off of the old pool slide sitting in the Dump. So we both climbed in, and we went flying- And I mean it, we really did fly- but our landing wasn't as great. We landed in a pool. Oh my, I don't think I'll ever like the water, I couldn't breath and I could hardly even swim- my fur gets soaked and I get weighed down, like I'm getting sucked under- it's the worst feeling!... Actually, the second worst. If I ever have another run in with those dogs it'll be too soon. So, just when I thought I was gonna die, a big hand comes down and drags me outta there, and this really mean... but surprisingly pretty human is glaring at me. She grabbed Juni though, too, don't worry- and we found out her name is Ma'am because her butler- Oh, the TV told me that once on...what was it called? A soap opera. Those were Elsren's favorite to watch. I hated them, all the mushy kissing. I'm getting off topic, though. The butler's name was Wilbert- I think it's a name fit for a frog, that's what I think. But he wasn't as mean as Ma'am, he actually seemed sort of scared of her, which is hard to believe. We escaped, and ransacked their kitchen, eating all the mashed potatoes and salmon we could find. It was delicious, but then they caught us and we ran upstairs after wiping off our feet so we didn't leave a trail. They couldn't smell us out- Discha said that we have something like 1000 time better noses then the stupid humans- and then we met Chocolate, the housecat. Now that is something to think about.
