I thought I'd open up my services. ^^; I'm quite the glutton for punishment. XP; I'm actually visiting relatives, but this will do as well. : D
I'll do: Avatars, Sigs, Chibi Kitties(although see below)
Avatars: 100 x 100, usually with a template. :3
Picture: The picture you want me to use. I might have to resize, or might miss the tip of an ear or something, but I do try to fit the whole face in.
Template: If you want a template or no. My avatar currently has a template(it's not perfectly square) and one without would be a perfect 100 x 100 square. Up to you :3
I don't usually try to fit text on there, but if you do want some then I'll try to fit some on there. ^^
Signatures:
Image: obviously the image you want me to use. x3; It can't be tiny, of course, and the better quality the better. I don't do very well with images that have a black or white background, and usually I do better with pictures with a varied background(as in, a cat on a patterned rug would be much easier to work with than one on a one-color rug. Crappy example I know).
Style: Basically, the image I'll get in my head when I make the image. Be as vague as you like, I guess. xP A paragraph of description is sometimes more off-the-mark than a couple words, but I try my best. :3 Windy, night-themed, bubbly, soft... even a description of the character might work. x3;
Color themes: From specific colors, to just cool or warm colors. Basically, the general colors I'll use in the sig.
Text/Font style: I can't promise you I have fancy fonts, but script-style or typewriter-style are the sorta things I can work with, for font type. And of course, the lyrics/text you want on the sig.
Misc.: Anything I've left out. xP
Examples: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 are some examples.
Chibi Kitties:
The style is not mine, nor do I claim that I do it well. xP I actually got my tablet working, so here are some examples:
A Gray Squirrel, a Mastiff, and a Dragonfly.
Since they do take a fair chunk of time to do(and plus I won't be at my home computer for a while) I'll take only three for now. I know it seems kinda small, sorry. ><
Cat Pictures/Description: As many pictures as you'd like to give me an image of your character. The more detail, the more accurately I draw the cat. :3
General pose: Although, the face has to be straight on or at a 3/4 view(no side or back views, it doesn't come out well at all.) and feet look better when they're on the ground, this is the pose the character will be in. Or you can tell me the general temperment, or how the usually stand or whatever. x3

For Moon! (Who is Coon too I think XD)
For Robin :3 I didn't have a template to work with this so I used a border!texture; hope it's alright ^^;
For Juniper :3 Took forever to get it right, but it looks pretty now <3
