Status: Not spayed Coat Color: Silver Coat Pattern: Tabby Eye Color: Hazel Fur Length: Short Appearance Extra: She has big ears. History: Juniper was rescued from an animal shelter when her eyes had barely opened. She barely remembers that place anymore, only tiny tidbits of grayscale memory of the place where steel surrounded her on all sides, where hundreds of confusing senses fought for space as she tried to register each and every one. She was brought to her owners’ home the traditional way, in a cardboard box. When she got there, she quickly became fat from all of the table scraps her humans would feed her. She would complain and complain and yowl at them while they were eating until they had to bait her into the bathroom with whatever they had been eating(her favorite human food was called ‘mashed potatoes’). All in all, she liked her life with her humans there. She liked the way their kit, Cindy, pet her fur, even if she did pet it the wrong way sometimes. The grown humans let her sleep with them in their bed, and do whatever she pleased, so long as she didn’t make a mess, scratch up their belongings, or scare visitors. But then, eight months after she had been adopted, she was put into the cardboard box again. She could hear Cindy yowling the entire car ride, and the grown humans trying to comfort her. Juniper tried to stick her head through the breathing holes on the side of the box to comfort her, but to no avail. About an hour later, they arrived at a strange human’s home. He was a male in his prime(old enough to be out of college and living on his own). He smiled at them and beckoned the family into his home. She was set down on a coffee table while they chitchatted in their confusing human language. Then, half an hour later, her humans took her out o the box and hugged her and kissed her before leaving Juniper with the strange human. She never saw her family again. The next few months were the worst in her life. Even though she yowled and yowled, her new human never fed her. She quickly became skin and bones, even though she had been fat when dropped off by her other humans. Then, one day, one miraculous day, a female human came back to the male human’s house. She heard Juniper yowling her lungs out and took her from the male human. She was uneducated about animals, and so she dumped Juniper on the side of a road. Personality: Juniper is easy-going and likes to have a good time. She likes to laugh, and make other cats laugh. Her goal is to live life to the fullest, and to be the best she can be. She's willing to break the rules. When she gets her mind fixed on something, there's no stopping her. Other than that, she's a pretty cool kitty to be around. She can’t hold a grudge for anything, and she’ll find herself apologizing even if she shouldn’t be the one apologizing. She’s a little unsure of herself when making decisions, and instead of leader, she’ll settle for right-hand-cat. Everyone gets angry sometimes; It happens. If you’re dealing with Juniper, you usually don’t have to worry about her snapping and yelling at you. If anything, she’s good at being a peace keeper. However… Everyone has things that make them angry. The best way to get Juniper ticked at you is to mention her larger-than-normal-sized ears. You’re in some deep trouble if you bring that up. Ignoring her is the other way to get her really angry. Or not answering her questions. Giving vague answers counts as not answering. She’ll pester you about it until you answer and basically drive you nuts. Those are the three things she really cannot stand. Juniper pays attention to details that others can easily miss. She is rather confident in her ability to succeed, and even when she is faced with problems, she knows that she will be able to overcome them, even if she hasn’t figured out how to yet, however, when all else fails, she falls back onto her emotions to help her deal with problems. Otherwise, she sees things logically and doesn’t get overly emotional. She is very open-minded and doesn’t force her ways onto others. She accepts other people and new ideas and learns from them. To her, everything can be a learning experience. She has a compassionate nature and finds comfort in, well, comforting others. She listens to others and genuinely tries to help when asked for it. To sum things up… Juniper is a pretty well-rounded cat. However, her outlook on life and the desire to always make everything fun and a game could be described as juvenile by some, but to them she says: I’d rather be called juvenile for having fun than trying to look older than I am by being bored all day.
