Name ;; Bailey Longcut Gender ;; Male Date of Birth ;; 31st April 2oo7 Height ;; 24cm Sexual Preference ;; Straight Status ;; Un-neutered Coat Color ;; Ginger Coat Pattern ;; Tabby w/ White Splotch Eye Color ;; Hazel Fur Length ;; Medium Appearance Extra ;; Besides being overall clean and healthy, Bailey is a considerately fine weight, nice, slender and very flexible, nice smooth coat and fluffy bushed out tail which is amazingly long, most of the time Bailey prefers to flick his tail upwards when walking and traveling, yet on occasion, has it down to create an aspect of his appearance. Bailey's ears are naturally pointed and agile, and rarely has the tuffs of fur on the tips as they are whetted down in the rest of his fur on his ears. Now the design on his body is a pure tabby design, swirls, curves and dips to a nice white splotch for his tummy and neck. History ;; Life for some cats is quite hard, and for Bailey, it never seemed to end. His first memory as a kit was being held as an orphan in an adoptive center, it wasn't long before his life was turned around with one word 'humans'. He was taken in quite easily for his most uptight personality and charming looks, but it never did seem to stick. His first family rejected him for being 'over active' and 'hypo' for which he was like, he loved to play and pretty much, as any kitten, chewed everything and did as much as they could to make a mess, but the family just didn't seem to accept it, so returned him after a week. Being a kitten during this did mess Bailey up quite a bit, and during this time, his faith in humans did reduce, he had no contact with other cats during this time as well or other kittens and actually forgot his siblings and doesn't remember his parents at all, yet as he grew, Bailey understood but didn't mind at all about being an orphan, and instead started growing by himself to a young adult, other humans did find this quite brave and nice in his personality as a teen and he was chosen by a few families, but was not adopted at the time, rather, just admired, and he appreciated this much in his own terms. Bailey just seemed to be messed around with, the next family who took him in was quite a 'posh' elegant family, but you can see from there how it would not work out. Yet instead of giving Bailey back up for adoption, where they know he would find a good home, a 'better' home, they left him on the streets, believing the kitten would cope. At first, Bailey didn't manage, and had massive amounts of trouble, was scared, worried and very timid about his surroundings, the streets was not the right place for him at first, and the faith and trust he had with the humans is long gone. He grew bravery, courage and confidence in the outdoor world. Bailey now as a teen, travels in search of friends, trusts and a love. His main wishes and goals are for a family and a good circle of cat friends, yet he knows and understands the world out there is not always friendly and save, and knows to keep an eye out, and most of all, be prepared for whatever lies ahead. He now travels the streets with pride, he's a quick whippet with fast reflexes to get him out of any tough situations like any cat would be like as a stray, just Bailey never really did believe what had happened to him, and he knows he will never forget it. Personality ;; Charming, Intelligent and over all pleasurable, Bailey seems to always hold a smile, he's extremely confident and brave for a teenager. Now he doesn't hold his personal opinions in and would feel free to let them out for others to hear. Yet when it comes to arguments, fights and other situations, he prefers to play it cool, be calm and submissive about the entire situation, trying to prevent it, yet if one was to get out of hand, he knows he would stop at nothing till it's over, even if it means fighting to risk his life, now that's where Bailey comes in with his determination. This teen is as well very determined, he will never stop, and as for his intelligence will go along with it. As well for Bailey, being a teen, likes things to go the way he wants, and as we know with teenagers, if they don't get what they want, they throw a strop, well, Bailey is a little like this, this is a flaw of his personality, the ability to hold a grudge for a short amount of time before he would explode at the last minute. Now he is very different when it comes to talking to females, he does love a chat with the girls, but he isn't too much of a flaunt, rather, he prefers to get to know them than deceive them. Bailey is a very active cat for his age, he was considered 'hypo' and 'too much to handle' from his recent owners. But Bailey wasn't one to fight back, rather, he prefers to take things smoothly, yet he is one to hold a grudge. If anyone annoys him, irritates him, takes the mick out of him, he would keep that grudge. Now he is older and much more wiser, he has the right to defend for himself and others, and will do it even if it means risking his young life. Now there is one thing I almost forgot to mention. Bailey's voice is a nice smooth and polite tone, it holds comfort in its accent, that strangely enough with hints of Australian even. Now Bailey is locked up with memories of his past and the recent humans he had, at first, he had the up most trust in them, and considered them the harmless ones, yet because of what they've done to him, it would take a miracle for him to trust them again... Admittedly, he is a charming looking cat, and tries to keep it that way, that's right, you got it, Bailey is one of those who likes to keep his coat in tip top condition and is pretty much a 'ladies man', but doesn't really act like it. Over all, he holds a somewhat gentle, welcoming and warm hearted nature, always there for others if they need it as well as determination and courage. As well, he's timid, and actually sometimes shy when talking to others, but is actually very high in socializing and warms up quite quickly, for a teen, he loves kits, playing with them and will care for them, giving him a good impression and aspect of a perfect father.
