That idea makes more sense when you say it, Robin. I'm not much of a fan of the original, and this plot could last longer if we tried the newer idea. So, I kinda like the newer idea.

Well maybe we could edit it to suit everyone? It's just that I don't know if Opal would still like Osprey if he did mate with Marigold... But if she did I think the newer plan would work well. Of course Osprey would be incredibly sorry that he did mate with Marigold, and after that he'd be loyal to Opal; so maybe she would forgive him.
So does that sound okay with you two? :3

Hmm....maybe at first Opal doesn't like him because he mated with Marigold but then she starts liking him? Idea two suits me, if it doesn't take like....two years. Plus, billions of kits would be nice. One thing: Is Marigold going to have kits that are fatherless because Oz has gone to Opal, or are they going to be a nice family before the kits grow up?

That sounds good, Robin! I don't think that it would take that long, as far as I'm concerned. But, it will hopefully be a healthy length.
Marigold have kits? Never thought about that. Just thought that they would mate. Sure, that'd be alright. Maybe just two or three kits in which she can raise herself. I believe that Oz would have left to Opal by that time.

XD Maybe what could happen is that Ozzy runs away for Opal. Then, Marigold meets Caddy. They mate as well. Marigold gets pregnant, and although Caddy is overjoyed, Ozzy and Marigold fear that it could be their kits instead or Caddy's. But, which would it be? Caddy's? Ozzys? Or, a combination of both (yes, it is possible)?

Sorry to bring science into this XD but I think its genetically impossible for it to be all of their kits. If she were to have kits, they would be Caddy, since she mated with him last, and didn't become pregnant when she mated with Ozzy.  |

No, it can't be a combination (like a Marigold/Caddy/Ozzy), but it's possible for any species, when having two or more offspring, one egg could be touched by one male's sperm while the other egg(s) touched with another. Yeah, hate to bring health into it XDDD
Or, it could be Ozzy/Marigold kittens, but Caddy believes that they are his. I'll let Robin and you decide whether Marigiold gets pregnant with Caddy's or Ozzy's kits, because either way if fine with me.

oh, really? we learn that in science XD in health we have all that cleanliness stuff. I think it would be really interesting if it was a Marigold/Ozzy/Caddy litter, because they're all really different and it would be fun to see how the kits end up!
