Her tail is rather short. History: Rose has a rather uneventful history. She was born a in a loving home, but it wasn't right for her mom, so Rose and her family ran. Her mother raised her until she was 6 months old, and she has been on her own ever since. She never met her father, and hasn't seen her brothers and sisters since she was a kitten. Rose was born in a large city miles from here. She walked for what had seemed liked days to get here. Her hometown was rough land. Food and water was scarce, force-breeders lurked around every corner. In fact her father was a force-breeder, he force-bred Rose's mom, well thats how her mom felt. The humans forced them to breed with each other. Her mom had said it was sort of good, because she had wonderful kittens, but Rose had never believed her. She knew it was highly unlikely that even years of food would make force-breeding good. Rose's mom loved her though, but she was not fit to raise kittens, so Rose left. She knew her mom had to help a few of her sickly siblings, so she didn't need Ronja occupying more of her time. After Rose left her mother and siblings her life was a struggle. She lost majority of her body weight, was always thirsty, and never had a warm place to sleep. From time to time a kind human would toss her a piece of fish, or something yummy to eat, but it was rare. She got a few offers from males to come live with them, but she turned them down. She wasn't ready for a relationship, she had to figure herself out first. So she continued on, looking for a home, for a fresh start. It began to seem like it would never happen, she'd never belong. Rose lost a lot of her hope, and nearly gave up on life itself many times. Something inside of her kept her going though, maybe it was the hope of finally having a life, or maybe it was just hunger she'd never know. Finally a glimmer of hope had shone through in Rose's life. She had stumbled across a land, a land so nice and kind looking she finally thought she had a home. Rose's dreams drove her, and something, deep in her gut told her it was right, that this was right. She was finally on track with something. So this is where the past ends, the present is, and where the future begins. Rose is ready for her new life, and she knows for a fact that it is finally right. Personality: Rose has a rather unique personality. She has rather bad mood swings, but somehow always seems on track. She looses hope easily, but always keeps on going. Most cats don't bother with her, "to confusing", or "to weird" is what they say. Rose isn't what you call a fighter. You want something of hers you got it, you want her to leave she's gone, you want her be quiet she's silent. She wasn't always like this, but her journey to her new life was hard, and had beaten down on her spirit. She has little confidence, and mean cats seem to take advantage of that. It anger Rose when cats do that, but she can't do anything to stop it. She just physically can't make herself stand up and stop it. Her low self-esteem and week personality make her rather depressed, and it makes her feel worst. Only a few cats can actually make her feel better about herself. If you show Rose that she can trust you, she is actually very nice. She is caring towards everyone, and always cares about them first. She is very empathetic, and is willing to help anyone in a crisis. She'll fight for anyone, but not for herself. That's just how she is. She says: "My life is a waste, so I like to indulge myself in others." Whatever the reason, she is a very nice cat. Rose's best feature is her humor. Sadly only few cats get to actually see and here her humorous jokes, but when they do it brings a smile to everyones faces. She can turn a grim situation, to a fun fest in no time. You just have to give her a chance, make her feel safe and comfortable. If you are lucky enough to hear one of her jokes, you must be pretty close to her, so keep what she says close to your heart. Not many people hear it. Rose's personality is like jigsaw puzzle, those with patience and a caring gentle mind can put her together. Those who are fast, and judgmental never get to see the real her. So take your time, get to know her, so maybe you can see who she really is. It is worth it in the end, she makes a very nice friend and it is well worth the effort in the end, because she is not just a friend, she is a friend for life.
