Okay, so. I just started school today. Woo~ Yeah, I have mostly AP classes and already have homework in at least three. AP classes are a whole bundle of joy and funness, let me tell you. -dripping sarcasm- My World History teacher has OCD, and wants us to write in four different colours (green, black, blue, red) on four different parts of the paper, depending on what we're writing. o.o Oh, and did I mention her tests are FOUR DAYS LONG? No? Well, yeah. And we're having one next week as 'practice.' >.>
ALSO. One of my best friends is having her Sweet Sixteen this weekend, BUT. Both my parents are going out of town for one of those obscure conventions that they go to. The only place I could go would be staying over at my friend's house for all of the long weekend (it's four days/three nights- they'd pick me up from school) or going with my parents and completely missing the party. So we're trying to figure that out, but it basically boils down to me probably being able to get on a total of maybe two hours all weekend if I go to my friend's, and none at all if I end up being dragged along by my parents.
ALSO ALSO. My father signed me up to be juniour staff at his work (he works with kids, I'm good with kids. he's low on staff, I get drafted.). That also means I have the lovely responsibility of going to leadership training three days every week until they say you can stop (probably not til the end of the semester.) I SWEAR I didn't know about this when I said he could draft me. I thought it was going, making sure the six-year-olds don't eat random things they pick up off the floor, not letting the teens bully the kidlings, checking CD on the computers, gone at 5. Leadership training goes from 5:30 to 6:30, if we're lucky, and it's three nights a week. But it's leadership training, and it looks good on my college resume. At least, that's what I'm telling myself.
AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I think I'm developing Carpal Tunnel. -rantrant- (Well it's mostly my fault anyway so I can't really complain.)
So, IN A NUTSHELL (if you don't want to read all my ranting)- Won't be on much this week or the next, I'm either studying for AP (and especially that test) or going to a friend's party or going out of town to a con. Most of this semester, I'm not going to be half as active that I want to, because of above training. (I'll be active... just on low activity.)

Aww poor Carli -hugggles- That sounds like a whole mess of stuff. And your teacher sounds nuts lol Just take a deep breath xD I completely understand what it's like to just be totally overwhelmed with school and everything for a while so just take your time =D Hope everything sorts itself out and that leadership training ends up being semi-fun. And that's true, it will definitely look good on a college resume
