Jarrah sighed, but really he wa quite happy that the she-cat had followed after him. He slowly turned around, aware of the quickly approaching storm. Are you sure you want me to stay? He didn't pause, even though he had asked the quesion. He knew it would be ok with her, so he started back to her, as if it was retorical.
The pair started off in the direction of the smell of chicken. They were lucky the wind was blowing their way, so they knew where to go. The storm was creeping up on them now, and when it had finally decided to begin, they were lucky that they had only a few more pawsteps until the end.
He raced for the end, hoping Silver wouldn't be far behind. He knew his speed was much faster than most cats, so he tried to keepp it at a normal pace. A sigh of releif fled from his mouth as he reach a bright red barn, he looked back towards the rain and spotted the tiny silver body racing for the end. He smiled at the detirmined she-cat, but continued forward, wanting to make sure everything was fine before Silver entered. After softening the hay and making a nice comfortable place to sleep, he stepped to the side, waiting for his companion. He made a den for himself, but he didn't make it close to Silver's. The fae seemed to like her space, and Jarrah definately didn't want to burst her shrinking bubble.

Are you sure you want me to stay? Jarah's scent moved closer to Silver. she knew that she didn't need to answer, that he had already answered for himself. She sighed with releif that he didn't leave her behind. She shook her fur that was starting to get colder by the minute as the air grew more humid.
Keeping her ears strained on Jarrah and her nose on the chickens, she followed the tom to the coops. In a tad of worry, she would niff the air every once in a while. The storm was aproaching but not quickly. Well...not that quickly at least.
Jarrah's scent and sounds begain to fade and Silver quickened her pace, scrambling over the pumpkins, and managing dodging everything else becaue of the air around th items. The rocks were colder then everything else. The occasional tree gave off a little warmth but not by much.
The scent of the chickens grew closer as Jarrah's scent faded. she could tell that he simply raced ahead and didn't leave her for now his scent was mingeled with the chickens. Something soft and wet hit her fur feeling much as if a very tiny leaf of water had fallen. More and more and more the drops fell and Silver darted, not wanting to be out side when it was pouring, glad that she was so close and it wa sonly sprinkels.
When she entered the coops, the first thing she did was shake the little it lof water out of her fur. Brrr i..it's c...could. The semi wet cat shivered. Then she noticed something, Jarrah's scent was beside ome hay that smelt a little differnt then the rest. It wasn't a big enough differnce to think that maybe it was grass or scented but it was enough to let her know soemthing was differt. She racked her mind on what was possably differnt. It couldn't be ants. She knew that most bugs died off this late in the year. That left one thing, a bed. tthanks. Silver thanked Jarrah, her shivers begaining to stop.
(ooc: alright, you oughta start the next post in the chicken coops)
