Yep... I think 150 points for another language or a non-nature related, or 200 points for a made up? :3 Or something like that, depending on the name.

I think either:
100 points for Made-up names. 150 points for Non-nature related names. 200 points for Nature-related name in another language. 250 points for Non-nature related name in another language.
Does that sound good/fair? x3; Inputs please.

That sounds good! But I think that the non-nature related should be less than the made-up... Like this perhaps?
100 points for Non-nature related names. 150 points for Made-up names. 200 points for Nature-related name in another language. 250 points for Non-nature related name in another language.

Yeah but uh one question lol. What do you guys mean by non-nature related name? Wouldn't that be the same as a made up name?

Lol, this IS getting confusing. Okay, simply a non-nature related name is a name that actually exists. Like a thing, or an object. A made-up isn't actually in the english language - it is just a random jumble of letters if you know what I mean. Examples ::
Non-Nature Related :: Pharoah, Ink, King. Made Up :: Adeje, Syrus, Irin.

*looks* Is it a concrete-thing? If it does exist, then it'd be under non-natural. :3

It is like that concrete stuff, but my little dictionary on the computer says it occurs naturally sometimes in oil bearing rocks. *shrugs*

Hmm. Weird. Yep, I think it'd be classed as a 'non-nature related'.

Okay. *sigh*
I was bored in the car on vacation and actually wrote out the whole history of a cat named Asphalt and stuff. But I come up with ideas for new characters that never get on the site something like twice a week.

Well if you make up a bunch of cat bios that you don't plan on using, you could always make them NPCs and PM them to Lu so you could use them as a side character in a story...
I think it should be like Robin said,
100 points for Non-nature related names. 150 points for Made-up names. 200 points for Nature-related name in another language. 250 points for Non-nature related name in another language.
Oh, and pancakes roc ma sox.
How about Coon? Would he have gone under made-up name? Coz I mean it's derived from the word raccoon but it's not technically a word and it still gets little red scribblies under it when I type it on firefox...

That seems good! Oh, and I think we can forgive Coon. ^-^ But, yep, he might be under made up...

Hmm well I'm not so sure about the non-nature cause names on Carpe Diem don't necessarily have to be related to nature, they can be like nature, herbs, basic verbs (in last names), or some human words seeing as these aren't cats living in a forest, these are strays who hang around humans and who were born in houses with humans, therefore they would have more expanded vocabularies. I think Ink, Pharoah and King would all be fine names to use currently for free, except maybe Pharoah.
I think Coon is fine cause it's close to raccoon or even like Maine Coon and so it pretty much fits. So maybe take out the non-nature related category? Unless we can think of another way to do it. Of course then we might want to take out the non-nature related name in another language too and just have Made-up and Word in another language.
Really sorry if I'm not making much sense lol, I just woke up and am extremely sleepy-headed lol

I think I'd ask Lu about that one Nest, but I think you could. ^-^
Oh, right, Lu. This is me not thinking that you could use something like that - I thought it had to be something out of nature, like an animal or a plant or a herb? You're not confusing, it's probably just me mis-reading the rules. x3 Yeh, perhaps that'd be right, just made-up and other language? If so, what do you think Pharoah should be under?
Plus, to limit it further if we feel evil and/or want less strange-named cats running around, there could be a limited number like with the torbies, something like ::
Made-up names :: 2 available :: 200 points Other Language Names :: 2 available :: 250 points ?
