Ruby-red eyes scanned the foot of the mountain looking for any threat that would completly ruin his day. Everything seemed quiet enough so he jumped onto the incline of the mountain wall. Haven's soft pink paws padded soflty across the smooth soil. A breeze picked up around him and it wofted new scents into his nose. "What a great day, if I do say so myself..." His soft murmur echoed swiftly though the hills. He was used to talking to himself, and sometimes found it quite relaxing. He walked up a little higher on to mountain.
The view was absolutely beautiful. The world of Nenwood was a lot more pleasent to peer upon when you weren't actually down there trying to survive. Haven slid his eyes shut and chuckled at the thought of all he'd have to do once he got off his "high cloud." In his mind he'd already dubbed this mountain top as his escape route from the tough, and unexpected forest, stray cat life. Nenwood wasn't all that bad though. He had met two she-cats, both supreme and fun to spend his time with.
He hadn't met a singal tom though, and believe me he wasn't all that upset about it. He rolled his eyes and chuckled again, "The thought of actually not meeting a tom yet gives me a bit hope for the near future. A land of she-cats....heh Wishful thinking I suppose. I'll meet a tom sooner or later. I need a bud to vent to anyway...." He smiled and narrowed his eyes, "Or an enemy to entertain me!"
He layed down on his tummy and he neatly tucked his ivory paws underneath his chest. Again he peered at his new home, a lump stuck in his throught. Deep down he was very grateful to live in such a beautiful place such as Nenwood, but he'd never admit it out load. He was filled with pride, as his past experiences taught him to be.
His tail brushed against the soft earth as it swung back and forth. Small clouds of dust being lifted over the mountain edge and into the vast blue sky. Birds sang above him and flew into the direction of the woods. I was actually a nice day, and also added to Haven's good mood.
He let the peace of the late morning tangle his tired mind into a sweet lullaby. His ruby eyes caught the warmth of the ssun, and they shut slowly. He let out a satisfied sigh and drifted off into a soundless sleep.....

There seemed to be no end to smiles on that day. Alright, the weather wasn't perfect, but the orange spotted tom didn't really seem to care. He trotted along merrily, the wind buffeting his short, bright fur as he progressed. He was rapidly picking his way through a long field, heading for a range of towering white and grey mountains. Life was so good at the moment! He moved with a spring in his step (and a song in his heart) and his gold eyes were flicking swiftly around, trying to take in everything that was possible for a nearly 10 month old kitten. He couldn't believe how long he'd been in Nenbrook so far! It seemed such a short time, but really it had been a while. With everything that was happening, he really couldn't blame himself for losing track of the time. He'd met Dandi, and Fern, and Nest, and Coon, and Magic, and Lilly, and Cedar, and Willow! So many new friends in so little time! He wanted to run about shouting little happy cries.
He picked out a solitary figure amidst the grey of the mountains. A white cat? He could determine the colour of his eyes so far. He seemed to be, talking to himself? Robin held back a crazy laugh. He was talking to himself? That was even more immature than Robin was himself, and that's saying something. His legs moved briskly as he moved, quickly forgetting about the previously hilarious issue. He came to the base of the mountain, and figured out how he could get up to the same height as the white cat. His mind whirred as he calculated possible ways, but none seemed sufficient. Before very long, he spotted an overhang not to far up from ground level. After padding a few tail-legnths, he leapt up, missing his target narrowly. Holding back a screech of surprise, he managed to spin around and push himself up with his paws. Breathing quickly, he attempted to calm down and figure out his next move. Recognising a potential path, he leapt up again and landed on the edge of a larger, more bumpy surface. His paws scrabbled on the hard stone as he pounced again, and once more before he dashed across a long trail before finally reaching the vast platform where the tom was sat.
"Hiaa! I'm Robin Quickwhisker, sooo who are you?" Robin spoke quickly, all in one rushed breath before he began to pant heavily. That climb hadn't exactly been easy. He glanced over the cat's shoulder and saw a clear ramp which he could have used instead of struggling all the way up to his destination. Shrugging, he scrutinized the other cat. He seemed solid white, about a year old or so? Not that much older than Robin really. This cat could be fun! The orange spotty ball of fluff managed to lie down on the rock, but he was twitching slightly. For some reason, he seemed to have lots of energy this morning. How could he use it here though? Calming down slightly, he relaxed his body, but his eyes were still bright and full of life, and he had a toothy smile plastered on his face. Robin bent his light-amber head back subtly to see the stranger more clearly. He jumped, and almost skidded across the rock and off the ledge as he saw the tom's eye colour. Shrieking, he regained his balance. Robin would say that was his main fault. Obviously, he was a heck of a scaredy cat. "Wow, what's wrong with your eyes?" The speckled kitten exclaimed without thinking. A moment later, he withdrew biting his lip in embarrassment. How nasty had that comment been? He'd probably really offened this albino now. Robin shuddered.

ooc: I saw that this post was for Haven and Robin, but it looked fun so I replied. Say the word and I'll delete it. I thought it'd be neat for her to meet Haven anyways, and I'd love to RP with Robin from a different charries point of view.
STOMP STOMP STOMP!
Big white paws slammed down on the warm stone of the mountain, and she grinned happily. This was just another place the kit had never been to and was eager to explore. Flying past shrubs so bigger than herself, she managed to trip and tumble down the side, landing on a fallen tree branch. It hadn't hurt, but Moon was embarrassed enough to be happy that no one else had been around to see her.
She had to be more careful.
Snorting, she almost laughed out loud. Her and the word 'careful' didn't belong in the same dictionary, never mind sentence. She had never once in her life decided to be 'careful' when it came to exploring. It was probably why the one year old kitten had so many scars and bruises. She couldn't not cause trouble. Moon was trouble. It was her unofficial middle name.
Leaping back up, she continued her adventure, sad that she didn't have a friend at her side. She knew that Juni would have loved a long run like this, and Violet would have never passed up a chance to explore new ground. Still, she might as well enjoy her surroundings. They were awfully beautiful.
Leaping onto a large rock, she flew up into a tree, scanning her surroundings. It was then that the unusual violet eyes spotted two other cats roughly her age sitting not to far from her tree. She mentally howled in joy. There was no trouble if there was no victims.
Wanting to approach them but also wanting to surprise them, she decided she wanted to use an old trick her old friend Ash had used on her. Leaning down, she bunched up her muscles, ready to leap in the middle of them and watch their faces contort into shock... She loved surprises. Who could possibly hate them? Her legs were just about to take of when there was a sickening crack and the branch snapped, sending her flying between them.
She landed with a dull thud and was back on her feet instantly, shaking dust off of her fur. Once again, she hadn't felt any physical pain, but her cheeks burned in embarrassment.
'Surprise.'
She murmured half-heartedly, running a paw over her ear to comb out a leaf that had found its way there. The broken branch swung from the tree, mocking her. Shut up stupid tree! She thought, mentally sticking her tongue out at it.
Turning back to the other two cats, she knew that she had accomplished her mission in shocking them. She inspected the golden tabby with wide eyes, taking in the fact that he was no doubt younger than her. Then she turned to the white one, who was sitting quietly. She didn't miss that his coat was identical to hers, as was his general size, so they must be around the same age.
Also, his eyes were red.
It should have bothered her, but she had seen things more shocking. Besides, she herself had her own strange eyes to worry about, and instead, didn't say a word about them. After sitting in that tree, she had already heard the golden tabby ask such a question, and it, again, shocked her to realize that she wasn't leaning in to hear the answer. Red eyes? So what.
There was zero chance he could be stranger than her.

ooc: Can I roleplay too I want Violet to see Moon again and I want he to meet new kitties? Violet Bounded through the forest ah, how nice it was to be free! She could run with the wind in her fur and not care at all! Yes, this was the life. A familiar scent flooded her. Moon! Following her scent, she stood at the base of a large mountain. Three cats stood on a large outcrop higher up. One of them, she recognized as Moon. Memories flooded back to Violet. Oh, How close they had been! A funny idea came to Violet, staring at the shadows cast by the trees on to the mountains. Nimbly, she leaped up onto the tree and started shaking the highest branch that kinda looked like a hand. "I am Catzilla! Beware of me! I will eat.... YOU!" she snickered. Moon would probably see right through her plan.
Jumping out of the tree and starting up the path, she continued to make sound affects. "Ksh, Ksh, Ksh! She stomped up the mountain as hard as she could, trying to shake the platform. A crumbling noise roared behind her. Jumping with fright, she turned around to see the path crumbling behind her. Pushed by her fear, Violet shot up the mountain, bowling over Moon. "Sorry, Sorry!..." her eyes saw the purple eyes of Moon "MOON! It's You!" She wrapped her arms around moon. Looking at the other cats, she noted one of them to be white with red eyes, and an orange spotted cat. "Hello, I am catzilla! " she woundered how long it would take them to realize that she was lying, probably not long.
Looking back at the used to be path Violet frowned. "Sorry about that"
ooc:sorry its a bit short

OOC: Well this will be exciting! Like Robin said, I don't mind. The more the merrier, Ok Robin here Haven comes. Uh! I feel so bad being mean to robin, but I must!! Sorry Robin -hugs- Haven's eyes fluttered to an open, and he turned his head to stare at the spotted tom next to him. The cat seemed relatively close to his age, but he was still a kitten. He introduced himself as Robin Quickwhisker but Haven couldn't get passed the orange tom's cheerful disposition. "Where the heck did you come fro-" Haven was about to ask his question when the kit interrupted him with an appauling question. Haven pulled himself into a sitting postition, annoyance clearly showed on his face. Sure, Haven was proud of his unique look, but he also felt uncomfortable at the same time. It wasn't his fault he was albino! Vulnerable to the sun, red eyes, the works.
He took in a deep breath to try to calm himself and not scare the cat away, and he was about to speak when he heard a snapping branch not to far away. He turned in surprise to see another white cat stumble her way onto the mountain overhang. "Surprise huh? I was more surprised of that branch braking then your entrance! heh" He smiled toward the white she-cat and felt a jolt of excitment. "Maybe she was albino too, maybe her eyes are re-" His hopes were shattered when she lifted her head to see her eyes were a subtle purple color. He sighed and rolled his eyes. He was in a good mood earlier, but that seemed to fly out the window, or in his case over the cliff.
He turned to the spotted cat again and was about to attempt to speak yet again, when the path he had used to climb went tumbling down to the forest floor and an orange spoltched she-cat tumbled into the white one with purple eyes. The orange-splotched she-cat seemed to know the other and was very glad to see her. She introduced herself as Catzilla and Haven couldn't help but stiffle a laugh. "Well if you're 'Catzilla' then the white she-cat should be Catzilla the second considering you two left a path of destruction as you went." He mewed and gestured toward the now-broken path and the snapped tree.
He turned to the splotched she-cat and dipped his head slightly, "Welcome to the party, I suppose..." He chuckled and looked around to see if another cat would probably fall from the sky. When he came to realize that this was the end of his company, he inhaled and descided to introduce himself. "Well kitties, The names Haven Frozenpool...at your service!" He dipped his head agian, then without waiting he turned to Robin and scowled.
"Don't worry kitten! I havn't forgotten about your little comment, and has it ever occured to you that there are such animals out there known as Albinos? I was in a good mood, but it seems as though you've discovered my pet peeve!" Haven snarled, it had seemed that his first impression of this cat was not good...at all. Figures, the first tom I meet and he has to make a freaking comment like that! Haven boiled. He then inhaled deeply and turned his attention to the she-cats, keeping the tom within sight. He had to cool off a bit, so he waited a second to see which cat would reply first.

ooc:; Aww, it's fine! *hugs* I feel mean making Robin be mean too. :[ But, sorry if the end bit is a bit confusing. He's trying to be as grown-up as possible, but he's failing and he's really quite scared of Haven now. Puzzles are annoying little things in small books. Most of the time. They usually range between crosswords, wordsearches and various 'break-the-code' challenges. Puzzle also has another meaning. Robin was puzzled. First off, where had Surprise and Catzilla come from? He had instantly assigned them some suitable nicknames until he discovered their real names. Then, his identical pair of speckled orange ears swerved towards the white cat with red eyes. He was speaking again. The kitten was almost astonished to see him react so negatively even before he had made his hurtful exclaimation, he shrank back from the older cat, and decided to wait for a few minutes before talking to the other tom again. Instead, the 10 month old kitten-cat glanced over to the two she-cats. Well, there was nothing else to do at the moment so he might as well welcome these new cats.
The first, nicknamed by him, 'Surprise' had arrived quite clumsily and loudly, but he didn't really mind. She had unusual eyes too, but they were purple, not ruby red like the tom's. Robin turned back to him as he spoke again, and he stayed unusually silent, crouching near the back of the overhang. Wow, he has a bad sense of humor. The second she-cat also had purple eyes. Was he the only normal cat in this place? No, obviously not. He had his very original orange spotted pelt. It was all his. Gggrowl. He was different, and nobody could change that! The kitten realized 'Catzilla' knew 'Surprise' and she also shared a lot of orange on her pelt, just like him. But she had lots of white too, and she didn't have his spots. Robin heard the tom speak again, and he couldn't help rolling his eyes. Robin the kitten was not amused.
What am I thinking? He scolded himself inwardly, Look, Robin, this is completely the opposite of the true you. Now get out there and be the friendly, fun little cat you are! Now determined, he stepped forward a few paces. "Hia, Miss.Surprise. Hi Catzilla! Hi, Mr. Red-eye-guy. I don't know your names yet, but I'm Robin Quickwhisker," he thought for a moment, and grinned comically, "Mr.Quickwhisker to you," he humorously flicked his tail over to the white tom, and he gave him a fun smile. If he was going to be grumpy, let him. He listened as the tom 'welcomed' the orange and white she-cat. "Haven eh? That's, urrm, unusual." The kitten looked a little more uneasy at the smile. But, Robin was sitting down now, in the middle of the platform, his gold eyes flicking (a little too) happily from cat to cat. He suddenly jumped back as he heard the deep voice of the tom again.
Slowly, he stepped back further, willingly submitting to the older, stronger cat. His lip trembled slightly and his ears were pinned back. After he had finished, Robin sat in silence for a few moments before stepping forwards ever so slightly to talk again. "Well, sorr-ee Mr.Haven, sir." His voice was filled with sarcasm. He spat out the final word like it didn't even deserve to be spoken at all. "And anyway, I'm almost an adult. So a little more respect would be nice." Robin tried to speak like an adult tom, he was quite calm now, sitting a few paces back from the rest of the group yet looking Haven in the eye like an equal. The only thing that gave away his immature kittenlike personality, was his smile, which was a little too lively and happy considering the situation. Of course, Robin Quickwhisker had almost completely forgotten the cat's shout. He'd forgive him. For now. If only he had a friend here. They could stand up to Haven. The orange spotted tom really didn't like being shouted at like that no matter how much he tried to hide it.

Big white paws tingled. With anxiety, or excitement, she wasn't sure. The too toms in front of her were bickering, and she wasn't sure what to think. In her opinion, the gold tom was being a little immature with an absurd question like that, but he didn't look very old and she had hardly stopped herself from doing the same. The other tom, albino as he said, was being a bit too oversensitive. So the cat had asked about his eyes. She didn't mind when people asked about hers, and they were just as unusual.
Although she realized that she had already met Violet, another cat with similar eyes to hers, and that had made her feel a bit better about herself. Chances were that this cat had never met another cat with red eyes before, so he was probably just as insecure about the entire thing as she had been when she first appeared here. Poor guy. But that was no excuse for his behavior. She huffed.
'Well, my name really isn't Surprise, thank you very much, it's Moon. Moon Coldbite! So, if you're at my service, monsieur Quickwhisker, I'm sure you wouldn't mind going off and grabbing me a mouse or two!'
She teased. Then when she thought about it, she realized she wanted to change her request a little.
'Actually, make it a piece of KFC please.'
Moon almost laughed out loud. What was she doing here anyways? Violet had found her, perhaps they could go visit Juni together and she could introduce the two. Even so, she felt inclined to stay and...entertain her guest. How, not even she had a clue.
Turning towards Vi, she let out a mock hiss.
'Catzilla! I'm not Surprise, but I am... the Kraken!' She referred back to a little mishap she had gone through with her friend Twilight. Surprisingly, it hadn't been as fun as this one. Moon snorted.
Turning towards the white tom, she let out a forced purr. Moon was more than a little peeved at his immaturity (not that she should be talking at the moment considering her mistakes). The cat was obviously younger than him. Haven, and Robin, she made a mental note of the two.
'Soooo... Anyone HUNGRY? Rawr!'
Launching herself at Vi, Moon toppled her over with strength that any one else but her friend would be surprised to see in a kitten like herself.
Yes, this was definitely gonna be funner than last time.

Violet rolled her eyes at the two toms bickering. "Toms" She whispered into Moon's ear. Violet looked at the two of them. The smaller one was a bit um... hmmm.. immature, while the second one was so insecure and sensitive. Hmmm... he was probably just like that always.
I mean, having red eyes wasn't a big deal, it got just as many weird looks from cats as having purple eyes. Violet didn't get all sensitive when people asked her about her eyes. Actually, Violet found that what the albino was doing was quite offensive, I mean, he made it seem like it was soooo bad. But that was just how Violet interpreted it.
Violet looked at Moon as she began to talk. "Make thatthree mice, Quickwhisker" Violet piped in. Violet loved being around Moon again. It was to fun.
Moon spoke again. Violet laughed at her humor. Yes, Violet couldn't mind a piece of KFC herself. Violet contorted her face into a weird position, and listened to Moon adress her.
"Hah!" Violet began "If you are the Kraken, then I am... Fishermanzilla who will come and fish you out of the water.. MUA HA HA HA!" Violet stifled an odd laugh. So odd that it made her actually laugh. Violet watched as Moon turned to look at the white tom, Haven. "Haven and robin, as you have probably guessed, my name is not catzilla" she stopped to send a smirk to Moon. "It it Violet Wildflower" She purred, this was the best day ever.
Shocked from Moon's surprise attack, Violet let out a mrrow of amusement. She shook herself up, and flung herself at Moon pinning the kitten down. "Do you know who you just attacked?" she mused, moving her jaws down as if to bite Moon, but then licked her playfully.
Admin's Note on November 2nd: This thread is being archived due to the mutual consent of participants. It has been agreed that: -Moon and Violet play around a bit -Robin and Haven continue to argue and leave with a strong dislike of each other.
