What's t h i s? Silently but quickly he jumped onto the tall fence, his paws landing clumbsily on top. His claws unsheathed to keep him in place, and his banner strayed from side to side. His jaw opened into a small breath, letting out some air, but taking some back in.
The glowing blue eyes were narrowed into slits as he searched around, looking for where to start. There were piles and piles of garbage displayed across miles. His orbs landed on one in particular. A shiny object caught on the sun, bright light streaming away from it, revealing its hide spot. He jumped down, softly landing on the easier lift. He started off towards it, never changing his gaze.
Once closer, he started sprinting, and came up short. As he couldn't stop, he flung himself into the pile of bags and carrion, covering himself in dirt. Sticking his head out, he peered around. There were no cats in sight, but the was a faint smell.
After pulling the rest of his body out, he started looking for the shiny object again. The sun had disappeared behind the clouds, and his crash moved the item. He narrowed his eyes, a smug look crossing his face. His paws continued moving, sorting the objects into piles. Finally his paw hit something hard, he dug deeper, and finally it revealed the shiny object.
It was hard, silver, and small. It was cirular in shape, yet at the same time, it was long. It seemed like it had some sort of design on it, is if they were trying to comunicate, like a language of some sort. It was something he'd never seen, which wasn't unlikely with how short he'd lived so far.
Staring at the object, he tried to figure out what it was. There was a top and a bottom, but not really any sides, it was smooth, like a rock. It was thin, and had a hole on the top, with some sort of plug attached. The black wording or design around it went from big to small, and lots of different colors.
As he was investigating in the area of the junk yard, he hadn't noticed someone had been watching him. He never brought his head up, always so focused on his job.
This shiny metal o b j e c t.

THE ORANGE FELINE bounded from bag to bag, decimated oven to decimated refrigerator. She yowled with the wind, her bounds always a couple inches higher. She purred in delight as she landed on an extra bouncy bag, which happened to be full of leaves, which went flying into the air, and she landed face first in a pile of eggs. "Guh!" She hissed, rolling over on her back before letting loose a flow of fresh giggles. She looked back on the bag she had bounced on, which had been improperly tied and now splayed its entrails every which way. She cackled mischiefly once more before starting her grooming.
AFTER THE PAINSTAKINGLY long grooming process, Spice looked up to see an pure white cat frolicking across the garbage as she had been doing just a few moments ago. "Yo!" She called out, bounding after him as fast as her legs could carry her. With rather surprising agility, the ginger-tabby lept and scurried from mound to mound, bag to bag, skidding with her own brag rights to a stop next to him. Normally, making an entrance like this after following a cat so far, it was a little creepy. But with Spice came spice, and she was one darn confident kitty. "Why, hallo thar!" She called out, mewing lightly in acknowledge meant to the white tom. She wasn't at all afraid of toms, especially not this one, who seemed to be rather of the gently variety. "Good day! Spice
[/i] is the name! The one and only Spice Gingersnap! Mmhmm!"[/b] She chirped, her voice carrying far. Her amber and gold speckled eyes lingered from the male to the shiny object he happened to be inspecting, and the femora grew rather curious. "Oh, whats that?"[/blockquote][/blockquote] OOC: Short, I know. TT___TT

So, you wanna p l a y?
His paws came off the ground as the she-cat called out. His jump caused him to fall, and he smacked his head against the ground. He hissed to himself, but got up, looking around for the she-cat. His face, was sore, and maybe bruised, but he didn't care now. His nose stuck up in the air, waiting for a breeze to come through. When one did, it brought along the scent of a young femme, just to the left of the pile behind him.
With his paws trembling, he walked forward, peering around the piles carefully and quietly. His optics wandered around all of the boundaries, looking for any sign of a moving living creature. He spotted a ginger cat three fox-lengths away, and he stared after her.
She was walking up to him now, her eyes on his. He listened as she explained herself, her name was Spice. He puffed his chest out, licked his paw and wiped it over his face. Well hello. My name is Jarrah, Jarrah Eclipsemoon. He blinked slowly, leading her over to his treasure. Before she could reply, he hit the can over to her, pointing his nose towards it.
And to answer your question, I dont quite know what it is, but its pretty cool, isn't it? His voice was excited yet cool, not wanting to seem young and kit like to this pretty fae. Jarrah sat on his haunches, and raised up the silver object between his front paws. He through it into the air, as if he was killing a mouse. Once it hit the ground, he pounced, making a dent in the side of it. He hit it back into the air, hitting it with the top of his head and aiming it at the newcomer. With his front legs on the ground, and haunches raised in a playing position, he nodded at her to take it on.
You think you're as cool as m e!?
[its ok. i am like that alot of the time ]

THE GINGER TABBY smiled crudely, eying the white tom dangerously. "The pleasures all mine." She purred, her tone ever so silky. Her ears perked, eying the can he was toying with between his paws. A brow raised as he nosed the metallic object toward her, but it immediately faltered as he snatched it back, and she scoffed lightly. "A toy, yeah?" Her amber opts bounced to and fro as the glistening silver object rose and fell repeatedly. She had been interested at first, but now.. She was growing rather bored. Just give me it, already! And like he had read her mind, the can was tossed her way. Her eyes lit up as the light glistened into her ray of vision, her pupils dancing with amusement, the can reflected in her eyes, themselves. "Oh!" She grunted, catching the can between her two paws with an amazing feat of balance. "Hm,"
ROLLING OVER ON her back, she clutched the can to her chest, then threw it up in the air, batting it back up every time it came back high, the can rising higher every time as her kicks became stronger. She snorted abruptly as the can landed upon her forehead, and she rolled over dizzily. "W-Whoa.. " She moaned, uneasily getting back to all four paws. "Ha.." She tried to throw her mistake off with a giggle, then looked lopsidedly at the white tom, "Whoops." Throwing it back into the air, she used her tail as a bat, and hit it back his way, and winked.
OOC: I don't mind keeping them short.

[ OOC: yeah, sometimes its better because you dont have to take 5 minutes to read the whole post! ]
Its all fun and g a m e s
Using his masculin laugh, he giggled along with her. He glanced over at the toy, trying to aim correctly. His paws stepped forward, placing his body into a hunter's crouch, and paced towards it. Grabing the can, he hit it witrh his head, and it bounced high into the air. After hitting it a couple more times, he stopped, tired and needing a break.
Slicking back his ruffled fur, he faced the new femme with ciriousity in his optics. Inching closer, he finally made his paw bump into hers. He said sorry and it was an accident, but he didn't know how persuasive that was.
He couldn't face that this cat was pretty, and definately had a good attitude. Jarrah turned his white mask to hers, focusing in on her amber eyes. He smiled as he did so, but quickly turned away, not wanting to give away any hints. Although Jarrah himself was outgoing and flurty, he's always shy around the fae's he acually likes.
So? What do you wanna do now? His voice was full of adventure, and without even getting an answer from Spice, he marched away to where he wanted to go next. Already knowing the cirious she-cat was most likely going to follow, he continued on, stopped at a post sticking half way out of the ground.
Until someone gets h u r t
