Fox abandoned Star early after Willow was born and Star barely survived during labor. For the next two months Star gradually became very ill and by the time Willow could barely fend for himself, Star passed on. Willow and his brothers and sisters were born as strays but after Star died, they were found and rescued by a young newlyweds. This fairytale setting did not last long as the newlyweds divorced and Willow was the unwanted one of the seven kittens. He was abandoned in a box by the Old Road. Willow's life was not always this bad. Star loved him while she was still alive and he always cared for her. He got the most attention from her and this was why his siblings decided to make him the least favorite in their new family. His siblings always accused Willow of everything and made it seem like he was always at fault. Willow's house cat life did not end during his first visit at the Old Road. He lived in the box for about one week until an elderly cat lady came by and picked Willow up. It was love at first sight! She cared for Willow and favored him out of all of her twenty seven cats. This, however, also did not last too long because the old woman was slowly dying from pancreatic cancer. After a long three months, the elderly woman had passed on. Willow was, once again, without a home. He found his way back to the box he had lived in previously and hoped a nice family would adopt him soon. Willow was not too hopeful and was instead adopted for animal makeup testing. He was caged in a lab all day with all kinds of different animals surrounding him. Willow was tortured day and night. He was tested on for mascara, eye shadow, eye liner, perfume, and even lip gloss and lip stick. This animal abuse went on for one long, dreadful month. The makeup company was sued and went out of business for being so cruel to animals. Willow was free! Willow found his box once again and was back on the Old Road. He had experienced some mean, heartbreaking, and unusual things and he was not even one year old yet. Now Willow is fending for himself and hopes to make friends and even develop a sort of family. Personality: Willow Morningdawn can be one tough cookie. He knows how to claw and bite but if you are on his good side, he can be the sweetest kitty around. At first every cat he meets is on his good side. Willow would greet the new cat in a kind manner but if the cat did not return the gesture then Willow would not be very happy. Willow would give the cat another chance to redeem themselves but if they were still rude and inconsiderate after two chances, then that cat would be on Willow's bad list until they acted kinder towards Willow. Willow does have a bit of a temper but never starts a fight without an accurate reason. Willow has a very sweet personality. He barely gets into any trouble and if he does, he just uses his cute eyes to get him out of it. Willow knows how to fend for himself as he was forced to do that when Star was sick and dying. He is the oldest of his seven siblings, born exactly six minutes before all the others. Being the oldest, Willow was put in the position of making sure all of his siblings had food, were always sheltered, and knew how to get themselves out of trouble. Willow is at a confusing point in his life. He does not yet have a sexual preference and does not know how to feel and act around girl kitties, so he just treats them like he would everyone else. Willow is just entering the stage of puberty and is hoping to decide which sexuality he prefers so he will probably just try both. Being mistreated by other cats and even humans triggers something in Willow. He knows how to handle himself and does just that. He first gives the cat or human the Silent Treatment. If this does not work and Willow is not confronted by them, he confronts them himself. Willow is one proud kitty. He always voices his opinions and most of his peers go to him for advice. Willow tries his best to help everyone that needs it. If he does not have a solid answer, Willow refers the needy feline to someone that can help.
