~Carpe Diem Comic~ [[LU PLEASE READ]]

Hi everyone of CD!! The name's kel for those who do not know me. Lu if you're reading Id like to ask your permission to start a Carpe Diem comic. I'm not sure how that would run along but I felt that as a whole forum we can discuss that here. Please Lu reply here with your answer. I'll make sure to give credit to the creators of the characters and CD to you lu. I've just been practicing my drawing and I'm dying to start a cat comic, I just don't have a plot to start with, so what better to do then practice with CD cats.

Whoever is interested in supplying their character that would be great. And maybe the comic will be compiled with short stories from choice threads. What do you think?

I'll supply pics of a few cats I have done. Let me warn you they're not professionally drawn but I think they're alright. heh~

Heya Kel! I don't think we've met, I know you're not new, but we've never talked. I'm Seadra (but i like Sea better), and I like that idea, and would be willing to let you use ash! =D go forth and conquer! (if you get aproval from lu)

Hiya Sea, Yeah I've seen you around but never had we spoke. I love Ash by the way, he's so sweet and nice to Indigo. My other characters are Chief (dog) and Striker Wintertrap yay!!! But truly, I'd love to use Ash, maybe you even have a favored thread he's in that I can do as my first CD comic portion. I hope Lu says yes. I haven't seen her on lately though. Maybe I'll just draw Ash for fun and show you what I got. Thanks sea for entrusting me with your lovely Ash =D

This sounds interesting... I know that we have never met before... However, This does sound intresting and I want to help a small bit by letting you use my three characters, Silver Moonfall, Winter Hailpaw, and November Ashwinds.

You guys are great *sniffle* and as soon as Lu gives me the "go ahead" I'll be asking you for your favorite thread your characters have been in or are currently in so start thinking =D I'm so glad you guys like the idea =D I'm currently looking at cat anatomies just so I can brush up on that a bit. But do you think thats a good idea? Drawing threads and all? because I doubt we'd be able to come up with one GIANT plot for every cat to be in...so I think drawing separate threads would be ok....*sighs*

Pearl well Pearl I hope this is epic I want to do a good job for this site considering it's the first rp site I've ever been on. I want to spread the word and I think it would benefit not only the site but my practice on cats as well. Your kittehs are both pretty and I'd be glad to use them.

Sea Daw Sea *hugs* I'll be sure to pick out the best of your thread =D It'll be hard though because I doubt you have a boring one hee! I think I'll get started on the comic even if Lu hasn't given me permission yet and if I need any help I'll defintnly call on you and robin =D

Now I'm still waiting for Lu.....*sighs* Does anyone have an idea for a cover page to the first issue? I was thinking of a cat in a box in the rain, or in a small den with their collar still on??

=] I've got a few ideas conjuring (sp?) up in my mind at the moment.... I like the cat-in-the-box thing. How about something like a silhoutte (now i KNOW i spelled that wrong...xP) of a cat over a town, sun setting, other cats on roofs, ect. Idk, but it looks really cool in my head! xP

Speedy Why yes of course we have speedy (*squeals about Amber and haven*) And I'd love to use your characters and even your dog. I was actually considering doing a few threads from the hounds fight. Yay!

Sea You know sea that sounds like a great idea........do you mean like the big silhouette of one cat's back as he faces a town with more silhouettes of cats on them? I like it....now I just have to figure out how to draw houses.....TIME TO SEARCH FOR A REFERENCE PIC!!!

By the way I'll be posting the comic on my deviantart page and I'll try and look for a place on CD as well. My New DA account is WinterRemedy. It's my new account so I don't really have anything on there...I'll post a page of a wolf comic I did, heh.
