Many many years have passed since the old days and development of humans. Now they use cars, factories, experiments. The works. They pump pollution into the once clean air, they scare off species with their cars, and they kill and mutate many a creature with their experiments. But something else was mutated. Horses. Their whole race was almost wiped out, and the survivors are mutated in many ways. Horns, wings, fangs, even the power of element on their side. But some that look normal usually aren't, or perhaps they are. But a scientist long ago caught sight of one of these creatures in the midst of one of his expeditions, and without a moments hesitation, he chased after it. Though it led to a surreal herd, he only managed to capture one. It underwent many tests, and was never heard of or seen again. They believed it to be dead, but it was not. They kept it under high security and kept it mostly confined. A fair warning to those that wished to tread by the humans. But then...another mystical horse was corrupted. His mind was blackened, and his soul and heart wilted. He was evil, demonic. Standing next to an actual horse, he seemed an actual demon more than any resemblance to an equine. He collided with the complete opposite of him. A horned Pegasus, actually. Looks can be deceiving, but not in this case. The two thought their destiny was to rise a Resistance against the humans, but the spectrum of good and evil were too balanced between them. So they turned upon each other, gathering followers as quickly as possible. But what for?
The demon horse wanted to take over the human race, to wipe them from existence and rule the lands, but the Pegasus did not want that. He wanted to merely scare off the humans, so they could have free lives, but the demon would simply not allow it. So now an interspecies war has broken out, and the humans are caught in the cross hairs. So...what will it be, eh? Demonic specters or intelligent angels?
